1:1 training
This hour duration consists of warm up, strength, HIIT, core, and cool down.
This is YOUR hour. I will come prepared everyday to have you work, sweat, and laugh! (mental health is important too :)
*Everyone's first few sessions is getting to know your body, and the movements/weights that work for you. From there, I have a good enough evaluation to write workout plans strictly for you.*
