Hi friends!
A little about me and my backround with fitness--
I have been an athlete/active in the gym my entire life. I started crossfit in 2014, and olympic weightlifting style in 2018. I am currently training myself, with my own program, in my garage gym since Covid hit in 2020.
My husband and I have three children, 6, 3, and 1. We decided to buid our garage gym in the beginning of 2020 when Covid hit, and I was 1 month postpartum. At that point I decided to take my fitness education to a new level, and get my 1:1 training certification.
